We love Milt's!

Fried Chicken from Milt's 

I don't remember the last time I had homemade fried chicken. I just know it's been a seriously long time. I remember my Nanang would make it for us all the time when we were young because we constantly requested it. Don't get me wrong, her Filipino dishes were hands down, THE BEST! But she was a remarkable universal chef. Her fried chicken, fried potato wedges, spaghetti, eggplant omelettes and beef stroganoff were probably my favorite dishes.

Well, I decided to give Milt's famous fried chicken a try (since it's been featured in food magazines) and damn, I'm glad I did! It was all sorts of deliciousness! I am drooling while I'm writing this, btw. I feel bad because I just realized that I didn't ask Andrew if he wanted a bite. He said it looked so good, he might get it next time. We also had a bowl of their chicken noodle soup which is to die for and is only available on Sundays. Of course Andrew had to finish off with an apple turnover and he made me take a couple bites even though I was so full. Yum! We love Milt's!
