Bill Lees is Da Shyeet!

Sometimes life gets in the way and sometimes its hard to hang out with some of your favorite people as much as you want to. Well, lately we've been making a pretty good effort of getting together once and a while for drinks and enjoying each other's company. For the last three diva get togethers we've been meeting in the Bill Lee's bar for mai tais and other alcoholic concoctions. The mai tais are pretty potent. There is a rumor of a 2 drink per person limit (I say rumor because I've gotten more than 2 before haha). They serve Chinese food too, but we never eat (well except maybe the first time when Girl Alex and Kandi ordered appetizers). It's a pretty chill bar with booths and mirrors and it has this flourecent pink lighting that almost makes you feel like your in a photography dark room. That, or it makes you want to get up and sing "Red Light Special" by TLC.

See, well I don't think it's that overwhelming, but you get the point, haha...

Second time 11/15/13

And the latest time we went was Jan. 31 of this year.

 

We got pretty buck wild that night. The waitress is starting to familiarize herself with us and already knows what we want before we order. I remember the older lady, on the other hand, was a bit pushy and mean that night. I'm just glad we weren't 86ed. Haha. Anyway, even if it's just once in a while, it's always a blast to get together with these ladies. We're always missing Momo. I hope she can make it for the next one!
