How We Spent Mother's Day

Here are some photos from Mother's Day. My Mom curled her hair and I thought she looked 10 times younger! I didn't even know she had that much hair.

This is how she normally does her hair...

Crazy!

We got her some flowers and a card.

After we went to church we visited my Nanang's grave. It was very sweet to already find a Mother's Day balloon and flowers at her grave site. It always warms our heart when someone else has been visiting.

Then we visited my Tatang and he was being very stubborn and kinda mean. He didn't really talk to us and he just wanted to sleep. So it was a very short visit.

We went to Tofu House on California for some yummy Korean food!

My Mom had the bulgogi beef, banchan and the soon tofu soup.

I had the chicken BBQ chicken lunch plate (came with soup too)!

Then we got decided to watch Rio 2, which was hilarious!

My Mom's first time in a digi-photobooth! That was super fun. She didn't understand what we were doing in the first place so I had to give her a little tutorial. She chose the floral frame and when the pictures came out she was just so giddy!

Then we went to the mall to find her a blouse for her lunch with her co-workers that week.
(It was really cute, she wanted me to document everything so she could post her whole day on Facebook).

Then we went to Dewar's for ice cream! It was super packed and freakishly hot in there, but we eventually found seats. I had the privileged of sitting by a hyperactive toddler (she didn't need any ice cream) who kept spinning round and round in her chair and kept kicking me in the back. I don't know how many times I glared at her or looked for her Mom so I could glare at her. But she showed up finally and switched seats with her daughter, so that was a relief.

When Andrew got home from work, we took the puppies to Sheryl and Bill's house and we hung out with them for a couple of hours. The dogs missed them very much, Shawn was whining and crying when we were getting closer and closer. She loves her Grandma! Ptolemy had a crazy time trying to find their tortoise, Henry, who lives in the backyard. Last time he was out, he attacked Ptolemy but for some reason, he can't get enough of that grumpy tortoise.

And that's how we spent our Mother's Day!
