Leap Day Came and Went

Happy Leap Day!

I had a pretty good weekend. Pretty chill for the most part.


On Friday, it was Pie Day at work. I had a slice of apple...

Then a slice of coconut cream. They were yummy!

Saturday, I was pretty productive while Andrew went to work. He took me to Sequoia before his shift started and we had a couple of yummy sandwiches. I usually order tuna on croissant but this time, I just ordered it how they normally prepare it. Took a bunch of pictures of some of my clothes and listed them on eBay. Washed my car. BUMMED IT RAINED! BOOO!

FINALLY cleaned out the trunk (which was full of heavy boxes of my stuff from my Grandparents house). Now, the stuff is on the front porch, haha. At least I'm making progress. Picked up Andrew from work and met our friends Ronnie and Jeanne at El Sombrero. Then we went to their place and they let us borrow The Thing and Columbiana. When we got home, poor Andrew wasn't feeling very well.

See the look on his face? Sickly. Ptolemy was cuddling with him to make him feel better.

We watched The Thing. It was crazy! He ended up throwing up a whole bunch before he went to bed. My poor Boo Bear. Then next day, he was still feeling queazy and paranoid about eating anything.

Woke up Sunday morning at 7:00am to pick up my Ma for Church. We went to IHOP for breakfast again because she wanted to use her internet coupon for a free stack of pancakes. I like this picture I took of her.

We then visited with my Tatang. I came home and we watched Colombiana. It was OK, haha. It was a pretty exciting Sunday because we got to pick up Lil John and hang with him most of the day. We took him to the candy store where Andrew treated us both to a whole bucket full of candy.

Andrew was all, "Boo, can you take a picture of me and all the candy?" And when I did, I said, "Aw, you can see it in your face you still don't feel well." He looked at his picture and he said, "Take another one." And this was the best he could manage a smile...Poor guy.

He found me a Harry Potter Chocolate Frog that even had a holographic trading card in it!

I'm going to get one of these every time we visit!

Boo got me this lil guy too. I added him to my collection of silliness on the shelf.

Lil John was being super silly. He bought some vampire bling teeth that got a lot of attention from strangers. We raced each other to the car and to other things. He tried to mess with my brains in the car. It was just pure fun.

Since Andrew still wasn't feeling very well, I suggested that instead of going out to eat, I would cook something at home. We went to Trader Joe's and got some Orange Chicken, plus some other goodies like French Macarons, Chips and Salsa, and Apple Dumplings to splurge on when we got home. Lil John took over the PS3 as soon as we walked through the door. I also showed him Vidrhythm and had him try it. He loved it! I don't know how many videos we did, but I know I saved at least 2 of them. One of them made him go crazy. I have a video on my phone of him spastically dancing to his own music video, haha.

I made them some Orange Chicken and rice, and I made me some Stir Fry with Shrimp. Then Lil John and I played Kirby's Epic Yarn. He loved that game! We played it until his Grandma called to let him know that his brother was on his way to pick him up back at their house. So, Andrew took him home and when he came back, we pretty much knocked out.

Monday night Andrew had the day off from Dagny's so we got to have another Boo night together. I made him some Yellow Chicken Curry and I made me some pan seared Tilapia with steamed asparagus.

Then we took a nap and we cleaned house before we went to bed for reals.

Yesterday, I mailed a package to them. I sent them a couple books I thought they might like. One of them has a puppy dog in it. My Brother told me that they went to the Animal Shelter recently. I cannot wait til they get a dog! He also told me Drive sucked! Geez! I loved that movie!

I also got to hang at my buddy, Ashley's house. I haven't seen her in a long time! We started to watch Beautiful Lies and ended up watching Puss in Boots when Momo arrived. I LOVE PUSS IN BOOTS! AND THE OOOH CAT!!! Came home and watched it again with Boo. He loved it! Can't get enough of the Oooh Cat!

Today, Canni and I had a beer after work. Then, I hung out at Dagny's while Andrew closed.

A JC McMillan. 2 Espresso Shots and Guinness. It had the most creamiest top! The picture was gross but damn, it was good like an alcoholic root beer float.
