When we got home from "Dark Knight Rises" midnight showing, on our way to the garage, down our alley, there lives a CAT CITY! I couldn't believe how many cats/kittens were back there! I thought their glowing eyes were a bunch of fireflies but as we got closer, they were little kitties. I saw at least 10 of them that stayed and just watched us drive by. So crazy and creepy!
I'm really loving our new place. We have a lot more room but it's kind of a bummer that I can't really put anything away because a couple of my Target bookcases didn't make it to the finish line. We also lack the furniture to fill the space. My mind is constantly running on how I'd like to decorate but I just want to make sure every box is gone and every single thing has it's own place. It's going to be a difficult task just going through the boxes alone because we suck at packing. Most of the time, we just unloaded the crap that was in our drawers into boxes until they were filled to the brim. I cringe just thinking about what I did. We should have went through things and just threw away what we didn't need, but we didn't know we'd find a place so fast and that our new landlords wanted us to move in right away. So yeah! Unloading and throwing crap away is going to take up the majority of my weekend. Can't wait!
