The Evolution of Andrew's Omelet Making...So Far...

Andrew has been on an omelet making kick ever since he accidentally made one almost a month ago. Every weekend since then, on Saturday and Sunday morning, he would make us omelets because he truly enjoys making them! Who knew? Ten years later and he still manages to surprise me. It's pretty cute, man.

This is one the first omelets he made me about 2 Saturdays ago.

This one he made that Sunday.

Then he attempted a new technique last weekend and started to get a little creative with his ingredients. This was last Saturday's omelet.

And this was past Sundays omelet. Lookin' all professional and shyeet...haha. 

It was truly yummy!

And man are they delicious! I frickin' love omelets! He's so excited to try some new ingredients this weekend and so am I :)

I'm one lucky gal! I am honestly enjoying this new found passion of his and I know he's just going to get better and better with his skills and creativity.
